20150126Gardeners rarely think about it, but mulches, such as cedar mulch, forest mulch, rameal chipped wood, or pine needle mulch, make excellent coverings for a garden or forest path. They are inexpensive and easy on the foot, giving a sort of spongy feeling as you walk, plus they drain well so you won’t be walking in mud.
